Leona McFadden is a shareholder in the Industrial and Consumer Product Liability Practice Group in the Philadelphia office of Lavin O’Neil Ricci Cedrone & DiSipio. She is counsel for major automotive, industrial, construction and consumer product manufacturers in product liability, toxic torts; premises liability and commercial cases.

Ms McFadden has defended many cases in state and federal courts in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Ms. McFadden graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University, Industrial Engineering in 1987. She earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School, cum laude. Ms. McFadden is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania; New Jersey; New York; the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania; the District Courts of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; and the United States Supreme Court.
